Sea bass fillet, lemon grass, chilli, garlic, ginger, yellow onion, coriander leaves, lime leaves, lime juice, baby corn, baby carrots, zucchini,  fresh thyme, olive oil, sea salt and black pepper, jasmine rice, parchment paper

Sea salt & black pepper, baking tray/dish, oven/microwave convection oven /oven toaster.
