One Pot Chicken and Tomatoes with Garlic and Capers

It doesn't get easier than this does it? 

One pot is all you need to cook this colourful cheery dish.  Red cherry tomatoes, rich in antioxidants, excellent source of vitamins A & C, K and potassium.  Rich green parsley laden with vitamins A, K & C, folate and iron.  Parsley also helps move foods through the digestive tract and controls blood-cholesterol levels.   We have been told that parsley tea is a traditional remedy for colic, indigestion and intestinal gas.   Sprinkled on food, parsley also helps purify blood and fights cancer. 

Wow - that's lots of healthy stuff in just one dish, cooked in one pot! Great for those who love cooking but simply hate washing up!   Hey that's us!  You too?

Hormone free boneless chicken, cherry tomatoes, parsley, red onion, garlic, capers, red wine vinegar, honey, sea salt, black pepper, olive oil

What you'll need:

ONE wide pan and ONE frying stick
