Cured Salmon, Sourdough Focaccia & Labneh

A beautifully paired set of our top selling cured salmon, artisanal sourdough foccacia and labneh, for your convenience or as a gift.

Our sashimi grade salmon is hand cured for 3- 5 days with a mixture of pure sea salt and sugar, infused with organic seasonal herbs.  This gives the salmon a smooth velvety texture with a deep wonderful flavour of the fish and  fresh herbs. 

Meet our very own sourdough starter - BUBBLYDOUGH!  She produces an amazing focaccia that is chewy and soft on the inside with a crisp crackly crust.  Infused with our confit garlic olive oil.  Simply delicious on its own or paired with our cured salmon and labneh.

 

Ingredients:

Sashimi grade salmon, cured with mixture of pure sea salt and sugar, infused with fresh herbs.  Sourdough starter, artisanal bread flour, rosemary & garlic infused olive oil, sea salt and greek yoghurt. 

Approximately: 250g for the salmon.
