Cured Salmon

Our sashimi grade salmon is hand cured for 3- 5 days with a mixture of pure sea salt and sugar, infused with organic seasonal herbs.  This gives the salmon a smooth velvety texture with a deep wonderful flavour of the fish and  fresh herbs. 

Ingredients:

Sashimi grade salmon, cured with mixture of pure sea salt and sugar, infused with fresh herbs. 

Approximately: 250g
