Sometimes good does come out of a challenging situation.   A trend that took over the internet and social media during the start of the Covid pandemic situation - BURNT CHEESECAKE! 

HomeFoods has perfected our very own take of the Burnt Cheesecake!

Given it’s overly dark and cracked top crust, it could be easily mistaken as a horrid baking situation. Lacking the classic biscuit base with a soft gooey creamy centre, it pretty much seems like the total anti-cheesecake.

However it is the perfectly burnished, deep brown top, with dreamy creaminess and a slight ooze in the middle that makes it an easy, light dessert for sharing! 

6 inch - good for 5 to 6 persons


Cream cheese, sugar, eggs, fresh cream, cake flour, lemon rind and lemon juice.
