HomeFoods is tremendously proud to introduce young, beautiful and talented Ann. She is in our panel for desserts. This week, Ann is sharing with us the Classic Pecan Pie recipe.
Ann is a Pâtissière trained by Le Cordon Bleu Paris and has worked in Michelin Starred Restaurants such as Restaurant Alain Ducasse, Restaurant Joel Robuchon and one of THE top Pastry shop in Paris, Pierre Hermé.
She is absolutely passionate about baking and loves to share the joy of desserts - both making as well as eating them!
Ann has recently her own pastry business in her hometown, Ipoh, Malaysia. She hopes to use her knowledge and experience gained from her training in France and incorporating local flavours into her dessert creations.
